What we make
A wine gift box is a structural problem before it is a visual one. You have a bottle, often irregular, sometimes heavy, and it has to arrive looking untouched. We design the box around that bottle, not the other way round. The insert holds at four points. The board resists crushing. The finish survives a courier van that gets loaded three times before it reaches the customer.

What we control
Board standard
We use greyboard at 1200 g minimum, 1400 g for spirits. Facing paper is 157 g minimum specialty or coated. No recycled greyboard, no high-moisture paper.
Insert rule
The bottle is held at four points. No unsupported neck or shoulder. We shake the box for ten seconds, tilt it to 45 degrees, invert it. The bottle must not move.
Control tolerances
Insert tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm. Box body is plus or minus 2 mm. Foldable boxes must not crack at the creases, magnets sit within 1 mm, corners are 90 degrees.
Pre-shipment checks
We drop the loaded box from 1.2 m on six faces. We stack 40 kg on top for 24 hours. We run truck and sea vibration simulation. No internal movement allowed.
Why buy direct
When you buy from a trading company, you are paying for someone to forward your emails to us. When you buy direct, you talk to the people who set the knife on the creasing machine. That matters when a foldable box has to survive being erected a dozen times, or when a dark burgundy print drifts half a shade between the first article and the main run. We control the board, the insert tolerance, the magnet position and the drop test. If something fails, we are the ones who fix it, not a middleman who has to ask.
We do not chase every order. If you need a small batch with a logo, a local printer is probably cheaper. If you need a large run that has to hold a heavy bottle through sea freight and still look like a gift when the buyer lifts the lid, that is our work. We have shipped to customers in over 30 countries, mostly Europe and North America. The common thread is the same: the box is part of the product, and the unboxing moment is part of the brand.

Most wine gift box failures come from three places: the insert, the crease, or the colour.
Single-Bottle Spirits Gift Box
A single-bottle spirits gift box has to do one job perfectly: hold that exact bottle still through courier handling, shelf display, and the unboxing moment. Whisky, brandy, tequila. We build the insert around your physical bottle, not its stated capacity, and we check fit with a shake, a tilt, and an invert before anything leaves the factory.
Two-Bottle Double-Door Presentation Box
A double-door box opens like a stage curtain and shows both bottles at once. That moment is the product in corporate gifting. The inside of each door is printable, so you can add origin, vintage, serving notes, or a client message. A foldable wine box ships flat, stores flat, then erects square when you need it. It suits buyers who fill empty packaging at a local warehouse on a sales schedule and want to cut racking space and container cost. The catch: structure has to be proven on a physical sample, not a render.

What do you need from me to quote a custom wine gift box?
Send the bottle dimensions or the bottle itself, a reference design if you have one, the quantity, and any special requirements like foil stamping or a specific insert material. We will come back with structure options and a price. A blank sample shows the structure. A printed sample shows the visual. Both are available before mass production.
Can you match a specific Pantone colour on the box?
We print to Pantone references and hold colour through first-article approval and mid-run sampling. Black, deep blue and burgundy are the hardest to keep consistent across a long run. If your brand colour is one of those, we will show you a press proof before we commit the full quantity.
How do I know the bottle will not move inside the box during shipping?
