Who we are

The legal name is Yiwu Jialan Package Co., Ltd. Jialan Package is the brand we work under. We are in Yiwu, Zhejiang. No claims about factory size or headcount. What matters is the work: we design structures, pick materials, print, finish, and run the checks that catch a bad box before it leaves.

Since 2014 we have focused on wine packaging. That focus means we know which greyboard weight holds a magnum, why a foldable crease cracks if the paper is too thick, and how much magnet pull a double-door lid needs. We don't make everything. We make wine boxes and wine bags, and we make them for buyers who will notice if the insert lets the bottle slide. A courier van gets loaded three times before it reaches the customer. Your box has to survive that, and so does the bottle inside it.

What we make

This site covers the range: wooden, rigid, leather, magnetic, foldable, single and double bottle boxes, plus paper, felt, canvas, and leather bags. Structures include lid-and-base, drawer, double-door, and boxes with handles. Inserts run from velvet trays and EVA foam to blister and moulded pulp. Greyboard is 1200 g minimum, 1400 g recommended for spirits. Facing paper starts at 157 g specialty or coated. No recycled greyboard, no high-moisture paper.

A bottle should be held at four points, with no unsupported neck or shoulder. We control insert tolerance to plus or minus 1 mm and box body to plus or minus 2 mm. Foldable boxes get checked for crease cracking, magnet position within plus or minus 1 mm, and 90 degree corners when erected. If a structure cannot meet those numbers, we say so before you pay for tooling. Black, deep blue, and burgundy are the hardest colours to hold. We still run them, but you'll see the first-article before we commit to a full run.

How we work

OEM and ODM both. You can send box dimensions or a bottle sample, a reference design, quantity, and any special requirements. We make a blank sample for structure and a printed sample for visual. You approve before mass production. Payment is T/T or PayPal. Shipping by air, sea, or express.

Before packing, our in-house checks include a 1.2 m six-face drop test with the bottle loaded, stacking top load of 40 kg or more for 24 hours, and truck and sea vibration simulation. The rule is simple: shake for 10 seconds, no movement. Tilt 45 degrees, no slide. Invert, no release. If a box fails, it does not ship. That is the whole promise, and we don't dress it up as anything else.
