Eco-Friendly Wine Shipping Boxes With Handle, Single to Triple Bottle
One box for one to three bottles, yet it still comes across as a gift when it lands. The front window shows the label. The top handle spares you a second bag at the door, and the whole thing is recyclable. Built for wineries, gift companies, and anyone who cares if a bottle survives transit looking like more than a mailer, you can match it to your brand colors and add a logo. Want one box that ships and gifts at once? That's this one.
- Single, double, or triple pack. Pick the count that matches your bottle shape and gifting plan, with a structure that adapts to bottle dimensions.
- Front window for the label. Because the bottle label stays visible, the wine can sell itself without anyone opening the box. Window size and placement can be changed to fit your bottle.
- Built-in carry handle. The handle is part of the box top, not a later add-on, so it holds up when the box sits on retail shelves or gets passed around at events.
- Recyclable corrugated paper. Thickened vertical-ribbed corrugated board gives you a box that's sturdy, pressure-resistant, and fully recyclable.
- Your brand on the box. Use hot stamping, UV coating, embossing, or silkscreen printing to match the box to your brand's main color scheme.

Customisation
Whether it's bottle count, window size and position, or overall proportions, you can change them all to fit your bottle. Colors get matched to your brand's main palette, with kraft, dark blue, and red as common starting points. For the logo and craft, there's hot stamping, UV coating, embossing, and silkscreen printing. First comes a blank sample to check structure; then a printed sample so you can see exactly what your buyer will see.
How the box is built
The whole box is thickened vertical-ribbed corrugated cardboard. That ribbing runs the way it does for a reason, since it gives the box crush resistance and lets it hold its shape when stacked. In the kraft version, the corrugated texture stays visible and reads as more premium than a flat printed carton. Not an afterthought, but the panel itself.
The front panel has a die-cut window, the top panel an integrated handle. Both are cut in the same pass. There are no glued-on parts to fail. The structure stays simple on purpose: fewer pieces means fewer things that can tear or come loose in transit, and it flattens and recycles easily when you're done with it.
Bottle fit and carry
Upright in a corrugated cell sits the bottle, sized to your bottle's diameter and shoulder height even though we don't leave the neck unsupported alone. The window, meanwhile, centers on the label, not the bottle, and the handle gets reinforced at the fold points so a one-hand carry won't tear it. Before shipping, we load a bottle and run our in-house checks. It is shaken 10 seconds while we look for any movement among the corrugated walls. It is tilted 45 degrees to see if the wine slides; if it stays, we invert it. We note whether it releases. One failure means adjusting the cell dimensions and trying again. Our control tolerance on the insert is plus or minus 1 mm. Box body is plus or minus 2 mm.
Where it works
It suits retail shelf display, holiday promotions, event giveaways, and direct-to-consumer gift shipments. The window and handle make it feel like a gift box rather than a shipping carton, so a single SKU works for wineries that serve retail and online orders alike. It's not the right choice if you need a rigid box with a magnetic closure, or if the bottle is unusually heavy and you want wood or leather. For everyday wine shipments that still read as intentional, though, this is the practical option.
Buyer questions
Can the window be sized to show only part of the label?
Yes. The window size and structural proportions can be customized to fit your bottle dimensions. You tell us how much of the label you want visible. Then we adjust the die-cut accordingly, and a smaller window can also add rigidity to the front panel if your bottles run heavy.
Is the handle strong enough for a triple bottle pack?
Integrated into the top panel, the handle is reinforced at the fold points. We test it loaded, never empty. For a triple pack, that means three full bottles lifted by one hand. Any sign of tearing at the crease, and we adjust the board grade or the handle geometry before production begins.
How do you make sure the bottle doesn't move inside during shipping?
We size the corrugated cell to your bottle. Then we run our in-house checks: shake for 10 seconds, tilt 45 degrees, invert completely. No movement from the neck, no slide at the bottom of the cell, no release. Our insert tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm, and box body is plus or minus 2 mm. If the bottle shifts at all, we re-cut the cell and run the test again.
