How the box is built

The box body is rigid cardboard, not a thin folding carton. It keeps its corners and flat panels when handled. The flap top closes cleanly over the front and stays shut without tape. That matters when the box is handed over in person or set on a table for the recipient to open.

The carry bag is kraft paper with reinforced handles. It is not a flimsy add-on. The bag is sized to take the box with a little room, so you are not wrestling it in at the last minute. The silver foil print on both pieces ties the set together.

How the bottle sits

The standard cavity is shaped for common 750ml wine bottle profiles. The lining has a high degree of adhesion, so the bottle does not rotate or knock against the walls. If you use a specific bottle shape, like a Burgundy or a heavy Champagne, we can adjust the insert to match it. Send your bottle dimensions and we will confirm the fit. Our in-house checks are simple: shake the loaded box for ten seconds and listen, tilt it to 45 degrees and watch, then invert it. If the bottle moves at any step, it goes back to the insert design. We hold the insert to plus or minus 1 mm and the box body to plus or minus 2 mm.

Can you print my logo on both the box and the bag?

Yes. We can hot stamp your logo on the box lid and print it on the bag. You can also change the foil color from silver to gold or another Pantone. Send your logo file and we will show you a mockup before production.

Does the bag fit the box easily?

The bag is made for this box. It has enough room to slide the box in without forcing it, and the handles are reinforced so they do not tear when the set is carried. The bag is kraft paper, so it is sturdy but not waterproof.

Will the bottle stay put if the box is tilted?

The lining grips the bottle at the body. We test every insert design by shaking the loaded box for ten seconds, tilting it to 45 degrees, and inverting it. If the bottle moves at any point, we adjust the insert until it does not.
