We change the logo, size, and design to match your brand. In your colors, the red body and checkered sides can be printed, or the pattern adjusted. Facing paper is minimum 157 g over greyboard. The handle is repositioned or removed if you prefer, and the insert is customized for a specific bottle shape. Both blank and printed samples come before mass production.

How the box is built

Durable cardboard, not flimsy paperboard, is what the box uses. That substitution gives the load-bearing strength to hold a full bottle without flex at the corners. Printed onto the surface goes the checkered side pattern, while the red body color is matched pre-production so your brand color stays consistent across the run.

The handle isn't glued on as an afterthought; it's integrated into the structure. Positioned so the box balances when carried, and the gold hot-stamp logo is applied after forming, keeping the edges clean. We use a minimum 157 g specialty or coated stock over greyboard for the facing paper.

Bottle fit and carrying

Inside the cardboard cavity, the bottle gets enough clearance to slide in without forcing, not so much that it shifts during transport. Four points hold the bottle; we never leave the neck or shoulder unsupported. The built-in handle is centered, so when carried, the box tilts forward slightly and keeps the bottle from sliding toward the opening. In-house checks include a 10-second shake with no movement, a 45-degree tilt with no slide, and an inversion test with no release. Plus or minus 1 mm for insert tolerance, and the box body is plus or minus 2 mm.

Yes, the handle is part of the structure; it's omitted during production if you ask. That changes how the box is carried, so we'd adjust dimensions slightly to keep the bottle secure. A blank sample shows you the exact result before commit.

Will the gold hot-stamp logo scratch off?

Heat and pressure apply the hot-stamp foil, bonding it to the cardboard surface. In normal handling it won't rub off, and we test the stamping on the first article, not to mention mid-run sampling as well. Need extra durability? We'll use a thicker foil.

What bottle shapes fit in this box?

Standard Bordeaux, Burgundy, and champagne bottles fit well. If your bottle has an unusual neck or very wide shoulder, send a sample or dimensions so we can confirm the fit.
