Customisation

Dimensions are built to your two bottles, not the other way around. You choose the facing paper, the print, the logo placement, the insert material and the closure. Finishes include foil stamping, embossing, UV coating, magnetic closures and ribbon or metallic details. Send your bottle sample or dimensions and a reference design. We'll build a blank sample first so you can check the structure before any printing is done.

How the box is built

The base is high-strength multi-layer greyboard, which gives the box its rigidity. The facing paper is where you choose the feel: soft-touch for a matte, velvety surface or a textured finish for more grip and visual depth. Fine edges and tight joints keep the corners clean. You won't see rough cuts or glue squeeze-out.

The double doors are the defining feature. They hinge from the sides and meet in the middle. Optional magnetic closures hold them shut until the moment of opening. A ribbon pull or metallic element can be added to make the first touch feel deliberate. The doors don't just open; they present.

Bottle fit and checks

The insert is built to hold two bottles at four points each, with no unsupported neck or shoulder. That's our rule. Before the box leaves, we run the fit through three checks: shake it for ten seconds and watch for movement, tilt it 45 degrees to see if the bottle slides, then invert it to confirm nothing releases. If any bottle moves, the insert is reworked. Our control tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm on the insert, so the fit stays consistent from first box to last.

The double-door opening slows the recipient down just enough to notice the effort. Buyer questions

Can the double doors be held closed without a ribbon?

Yes. Magnetic closures are an option. The magnets are positioned to a tolerance of plus or minus 1 mm, so the doors align and close cleanly every time. If you prefer a ribbon or metallic clasp, that can be specified instead.

What insert options work with this double-door box?

Velvet tray, EVA foam, blister or moulded pulp. The insert is cut to your bottle profile and must hold the bottle at four points. We check the fit with a ten-second shake, a 45-degree tilt and an inversion test before shipping.

Can I get a sample before committing to a full order?

Two sample types are available. A blank sample shows the structure and fit without print. A printed sample shows the final visual with your logo and finishes. The blank sample comes first so you can check the box and bottle together.
