How the box is built

How the bottles sit

How durable is the high-gloss finish?

The lacquer is applied in multiple layers and polished to a mirror shine. It resists fine scratches from normal handling, so the box keeps its depth through packing, transport, and repeated opening. It's not indestructible, but it handles the usual gift-giving cycle well.

Will the gold foil logo wear off with handling?

No. The gold foil is hand-pressed onto the lid, and it stays sharp under normal handling. We haven't seen it degrade from being picked up, opened, or passed around. If you prefer a different look, laser engraving is another option that holds up just as well.
